4:30 PM – Retreat Registration Opens
Begin your retreat experience at our registration table, where you’ll check in for the weekend and receive your welcome materials. Take a moment to explore the stunning grounds and breathe in the fresh mountain air — your weekend of connection has officially begun.

7:15 PM – Opening Session
Ease into the weekend together with an inspiring session that sets the tone for meaningful conversations, laughter, and connection.

9:15 PM – Evening Reception
Mingle with other couples over appetizers and conversation. Enjoy a cash bar and fun icebreaker activities designed to spark laughter and new connections.

Extended Hot Tub Hours for RMCR attendees until midnight.​

Saturday

7:00 – 8:30 AM – Breakfast

Dive deeper into communication, connection, and shared growth.

Meet the incredible team working behind the scenes to make the weekend possible. Learn how you can contribute and volunteer to help future couples experience the magic of RMCR.

6:00 PM – Cocktail Hour (Cash Bar)
Raise a glass to love, laughter, and connection.

7:00 PM – Date Night
Dinner, dancing, live music, and magic in the air. Make memories that last a lifetime.

Rooted in Love
Connection, Play, and Partnership

We’re so happy to be returning as facilitators in 2026! There is such a deep well of knowledge of how you can enrich your relationship and your lives and we are very excited to bring it to you. We are excited to bring entirely new content and exercises for the Rocky Mountain Couples Retreat in 2026. 

 

We'll be sharing with you the wisdom and  experience from our work with couples, and in our own relationship, of how  partnerships can be Rooted in Love.  The other exciting thing is to see  your beautiful community come together again -  the space will be filled  with like-minded people who want to share in living a more joyous and connected  life together. April can’t come fast enough for us!

Michele and Dean Yasuda

Michele and Dean are a coaching team dedicated to helping couples deepen connection, communicate openly, and move through challenges with clarity, joy, and authenticity. With training from world-renowned relationship experts Kathlyn and Gay Hendricks, they bring a holistic and heart-centered approach that blends presence, play, emotional awareness, and embodied movement. Together, they guide couples toward more ease, intimacy, and vitality in their relationships.


Michele is a warm, insightful, and inspiring coach who has spent nearly two decades supporting couples in growing closer and communicating with compassion. She brings deep listening, emotional intelligence, and a spark of playful sass to her work. Michele helps partners create safety, honesty, and lasting connection so they can truly thrive together.


Dean is a dynamic coach who integrates relationship guidance with breath work, movement, and embodied practices to support emotional and physical resilience. A former U.S.A.F. veteran, stay-at-home parent, and lifelong learner, he brings a grounded strength and an easygoing, playful presence to his coaching. Dean also volunteers with youth programs, reflecting his passion for service, growth, and community.

Retreat Pricing & Payment

​The 2026 Rocky Mountain Couples Retreat is $1,484 per couple, including registration and meal package.

​

Payments are split into two:

  • $708.50 at registration

  • $775.50 due on February 28, 2026

​

Room and parking costs are paid separately at the hotel during your stay in April.

​Cancellation Policy

​

  • Cancellations before January 5, 2026:
    Full refund minus a $15 administration fee per registration.

  • Cancellations between January 5–February 28, 2026:
    Receive a 50% refund of the total paid (registration and meal plan).

  • Cancellations on or after March 1, 2026:
    No refunds will be issued, as venue and vendor commitments are finalized.
