The Rocky Mountain Couples Retreat is presented by The Banff Couples Conference Society which is a registered, non-profit society that has organized relationship-enhancing conferences since 1969.
Vision - Mission
The Rocky Mountain Couples Retreat is a weekend for couples to focus on their relationship in a fun and supportive environment. We provide a professional facilitator couple to lead you through exercises that will help improve your communication and conflict-resolution skills. Every facilitating couple has their style, training, and experience. You will have the opportunity to practice some of the techniques in a safe environment.
Conference History
The Banff Couples Conference started in 1969 with a weekend meeting at Banff Centre in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Each year there has been a different facilitator couple to bring different ideas and perspectives for couples to consider. The location of the conference has been at Banff Centre, Banff Springs Hotel, Delta Kananaskis, and Chateau Lake Louise. The name of the conference was changed to Rocky Mountain Couples Retreat in 2019.
