Retreat Pricing

  • The Retreat has an Early-bird rate of $310 (until April 30, 2023) an Advance Registration rate of $350 (until December 10, 2023), and a Regular Registration rate of $400.  These include a non-refundable $15 registration fee that covers payment processing and ticketing costs.
  • The Retreat payment includes the cost of the facilitators, entertainment, and all of the organizing and marketing.  The Retreat is organized by the Banff Couples Conference Society and is 100% volunteer-run.  We balance providing a beautiful couple's experience with maintaining the lowest cost possible to ensure that the event remains affordable for as many couples as possible.
  • The room and meals for the 2024 Retreat are provided by the RimRock Resort Hotel.  The Society has negotiated special rates with RimRock that include your room, meals, and all of the conference facilities.  In addition, RimRock has extended the special reduced room rate to three days before and three days after the conference.  You can extend your stay in this beautiful location for an extremely competitive rate.

Rocky Mountain Couples Retreat Refund policy:

  • On or before November 30, 2023:  Full refund of registration rate minus the registration fee ($15)
  • On or before January 15, 2024:  50% refund of registration rate minus the registration fee ($15)
  • After January 15, 2024:  No refunds

Rimrock Resort Hotel

2024 STANDARD CONFERENCE PACKAGE:

  • Standard King room costs at RimRock Resort Hotel start at $969.95 per couple for the weekend including all meals and taxes and most service fees. Upgraded rooms are also available.
  • More specifically the package includes a Classic King Room (Standard View) for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) plus Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner/dance; Sunday breakfast and lunch; Friday evening reception; Saturday and Sunday coffee; porterage; taxes and service charges.
  • Self-parking is available as part of the package at a reduced cost of $15/day (regular $26).

ADDITIONAL DAYS:

  • Should you wish to extend your stay, the hotel will honor the preferred group rate for the hotel room for the 3 days prior to and 3 days post-conference. These rates are subject to room availability.

UPGRADED ROOM:

  • If you wish to upgrade your room, conference attendees are offered the following preferred rates, subject to room availability. Please confirm all costs with the hotel upon booking.
