Since COVID, many factors have affected the retreat as we know it. Rising costs, a drop in retreat attendance, and new hotel payment requirements have all added to the increase in costs. Part of the change in the hotel contract means that fixed costs for the hotel must be paid before the retreat instead of being paid at check-out from the hotel.

To address this, we have to change how we charge for the retreat. This new structure spreads the cost of the retreat over 3 payments instead of one big lump sum at the end of the retreat. The Retreat costs will be charged in two payments, at registration and on February 28, 2026. Room costs and parking will be paid at check-out from the hotel in April.

2026 Rocky Mountain Couples Retreat pricing and payment schedule:

• Early Bird Retreat pricing until Dec 1, 2025 - $55 discount from regular retreat cost

  • $653.50 at registration, $775.50 due on Feb 28, 2026 - Total price: $1429

• Regular Retreat pricing from Dec 2, 2025 to April 6, 2026 (depending on space availability)

  • $708.50 at registration, $775.50 due on Feb 28, 2026 - Total Price: $1484

• We understand that life happens. Here’s our updated cancellation policy:

• Cancellations before January 5, 2026:
  Full refund minus a $15 administration fee per registration.

• Cancellations between January 8–February 28, 2026:
  Receive a 50% refund of the total paid (registration and meal plan).

• Cancellations on or after March 1, 2026:
  No refunds will be issued, as venue and vendor commitments are finalized.

• Note: Requests for refunds after March 1, 2026, due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement) may be submitted to the planning committee for review. Approval is not guaranteed, but all requests will be considered with care and compassion.
