  • Q: Is the meal plan optional?
    A: No. The meal plan is required for all attendees to support shared experiences and help us provide a smooth, inclusive retreat.

  • Q: Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?
    A: Yes! You’ll be able to indicate dietary needs and allergies during registration. We’ll work closely with the venue to accommodate them to the best of our ability.

  • Q: How is payment handled?
    A: A 25% deposit of the meal plan cost will be required at registration. The remaining balance will be due by March 31, 2025.

  • Q: Why is the retreat collecting the meal plan cost now?
    A: The hotel is moving away from handling meal plan payments and now requires that events and retreats collect those funds directly. This change allows us to better manage logistics, accommodate dietary needs, and ensure a consistent meal experience for all couples.

Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. Here’s our updated cancellation policy:

• Cancellations before February 15, 2025:
  Full refund minus a $15 administration fee per registration.

• Cancellations between February 15–28, 2025:
  Receive a 50% refund of the total paid (registration and meal plan).

• Cancellations on or after March 1, 2025:
  No refunds will be issued, as venue and vendor commitments are finalized.

• Note: Requests for refunds after March 1, 2026, due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement) may be submitted to the planning committee for review. Approval is not guaranteed, but all requests will be considered with care and compassion.
